The PSD220 superscope can go as slow as 50%.

I have run the Superscope into my home stereo CD Recorder, recorded at 50%, recorded to a Rewritable CD, and then used that in the Superscope, where you can slow to another 50%. 

You can keep doing this process, if you want, but that's about as slow as I can go without loosing consciousness!
